- Some Internet service providers, including (but not limited to) AOL, Bigfoot and Supanet, use very fierce spam filtering policies and mistakenly interpret mail sent from websites as spam. You may find that the mail is in your junk mail folder. Depending on how your email is set-up, you may also need to add us to your list of approved senders. If you don't receive your activation email, drop us a line from the account you registered with and we will send it to you manually.
